1. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of data is permitted by law.

2. Provision of the Website & Server Log Files

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer:

• Information about the browser type and version used
• The operating system of the user
• The IP address of the user (anonymised)
• Date and time of access
• Websites from which the user's system accesses our website

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, at the latest after 7 days.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the internet browser or by the internet browser on the user's computer system.

4. Contact Form & E-Mail Contact

Our website provides a contact form which can be used for electronic contact. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored:

• First and last name
• Company name (optional)
• E-mail address
• Subject / topic of the enquiry
• Message text

The data is used exclusively to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been conclusively processed, at the latest after 3 years.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. These security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Data transmission between your browser and our servers takes place exclusively via an encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS/SSL).

7. Currency & Changes

This privacy policy is currently valid and was last updated in January 2025. Due to the further development of our website and services, or as a result of changes in statutory or regulatory requirements, it may be necessary to amend this privacy policy. The current version of the privacy policy can be accessed on our website at any time.
